The day begins with an early departure towards Ajanta, allowing guests to experience the caves before peak crowds. Rather than a full exploration, the visit focuses on the most significant caves, offering insight into Buddhist art, philosophy, and monastic life without physical fatigue.

After lunch en route, the journey continues to Ellora, where the emphasis shifts from monastic spaces to imperial ambition. The visit concentrates on the Kailasa Temple and select surrounding caves, highlighting the scale and technical mastery of Deccan rock-cut architecture.

The return to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is planned for the evening.
